Account-Related Text Message (SMS) Program

If you opt in during registration or through your account, we may send you account-related SMS notifications (e.g., invoice reminders, service status updates).

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

• Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary depending on your account activity.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Not use our services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes

Service Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or misuse of our services, with notice where reasonably possible.

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Simple Web Setup is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
